So there you have it!

Britany ended up snatching the lead away from Mahir when it mattered most. Choosing both teams correctly in the final AND guessing Spain to win gives Britany the money! Mahir comes in Second. Britany earns $120 bucks- Mahir $40.

The four Cousineaus walk away empty handed, even though they came close! And both Magallanes' have 0- which sucks cuz I totally could've cheated but I didn't. I'm at a disgraceful 11th place. Lol.
Thanks to everyone who participated! I really enjoyed doing this! Now that the world cup is over...I forget how my life was before. World cup withdrawal anyone?

Semi Finals

Here are the semi final scoreboard! Britany, Adam and Nicole are the only people who predicted the correct finals (Nicole and Adam choosing Netherlands and Britany choosing Spain). They each have the opportunity to get the correct score! Some people still have Spain in the finals so they could still gain some points there too. Really though, the race for first place is between Britany and Mahir who are very close- with Britany given a huge advantage. We'll see how it goes!
Btw- People still owe me money. (Adam, Joey,, Mahir, Mary, Justin and Jose- yes my dad still needs to pay!) Give it to me a.s.a.p :)

Quarter Finals Standings

Here are your standings after the quarter finals! Britany and Adam got a perfect 5 in the game Brazil v.s Netherlands. Unfortunately- Argentina has been eliminated and that puts alot of people's pools in the gutter. Britany is looking good at the moment since she has a Netherlands v.s Spain finals- as does Adam. So people like Jose and Ken really don't have a chance to catch up. Can Mahir hang on to his lead or will someone else take it at the last second? We shall see on Tuesday and Wednesday!
